At Galenica, it’s important that there be no doubt as to where we stand in terms of values, professionalism, sustainability management, and ethical guidelines. A key aspect for us is to be transparent, forward-looking and to welcome sustainable initiatives. And of course, we encourage our stakeholders to follow us all the way. In light of that, we have chosen to report on our ongoing efforts towards becoming a sustainable option in the pharmaceutical industry.
Galenica is not legally required to create a sustainability report on our operations. However, sustainability reporting is a key objective in our sustainability strategy and we see an increased interest in sustainability internally, in our industry and from stakeholders. But most importantly, sustainability reporting is a great way to actively measure our progress, create action plans and to display our sustainable efforts in a transparent way.
